The unit has an area of approximately 35 square meters. It was designed as a New York-style loft apartment, with the guideline being to create open and clean spaces that will give peace and create an inviting and calm living environment that includes the sleeping area, a work area and a spacious and luxurious kitchenette, a wooden eating bar with iron legs and a shelf for drinks, a room A spacious and luxurious bathroom and a sunbathing terrace. According to the principles of neuro-architecture, soft pastel colors are used that allow the tenant to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle while incorporating light touches of color in the colors of the American flag.
